This is my second code. I loved it so much! I felt very much like I wanted to be physically close to the code & during the activation I felt closer to it. Love the worksheet will work with it more this week. Regarding being aware of my thoughts & feelings at first I was confused about the process but gaining more & more clarity. Realized sometimes when I’m being judgemental I’m feeling afraid & trapped. So I was able to let go & bring in safety. Looking forward to more self acceptance & adventures.
