How to Process Emotion

A few weeks ago I shared an excerpt from a group session on coping as an empath. If you missed it, you can check it out here. We got lots of questions from people asking about how exactly to process emotions. As empaths and sensitives, we certainly have plenty of opportunities to do it.

I asked The Pleiadian Collective to chat a bit more on how to process emotions. We’ve created a video for you. Feel free to leave a comment below. If you like the video, please feel free to share it. It may help someone else who is struggling with processing the intense emotions that we all are feeling right now.

About émotions not being created by an event…and how to process…My beloved dogs died of old age 6 days apart from each other in the month of May.
I was VERY sad and still miss them VERY much. Knowing they are with me at another frequency does help…but not being able to hug, pet, feel, walk them is only gradually getting easier…
When sad things happen to human beings still grappling with reality on planet earth, telling us to observe our feelings and feel subtle frequencies just seems cold.

Natalie, I’m so sorry for your loss. Loss is the most challenging thing we experience here on Earth. When it comes to grief we all process in different ways and at different rates. There’s not a right/wrong way to experience it. The guides certainly aren’t saying not to feel your emotions. There comes a time for most of us that we recognize that we’ve lingered a little too long in an emotion, and that’s when observing them can be quite helpful. Many times we don’t even know what we’re feeling because we haven’t taken the time to check in. Observing gives us that chance. I think if you actually gave it a go you might find that rather than “thinking” it was cold you might “feel” it as being cathartic. You can’t observe emotions without feeling them.

Thank you very much, this is very helpful. Balloons! What a great tool to let go. I’m filling every room in my home with them, and the parking lot and the streets and my city and state and country and now the world with balloons! Relief for everyone, and even the universe and cosmos too! Thank you!
